Music and wellness
In the current Covid time we're all navigating, many of us are unable to experience live music, or art in a way that feeds the soul. While I miss playing for audiences in the traditional concert hall setting, it's giving me the space to think about all of the ways I want to use music to connect with audiences and bring communities together. I firmly believe that music, and classical music, is an art form that is for everyone.
Pairing music with mindfulness techniques, affirmations, visualizations and meditations are tools that I'm implementing to put good out there in the world in a time that is so tough. You matter. Your mental health matters. Taking time to breathe and experience art is one of the most human things any of us can do.
